Visitor Experience Design/ Place making/ Narrative Design/ Customer Experience Design.
I believe in thinking about the whole experience: what does it feel like and how does it talk? How do you create permanent moments of surprise, of emotion, of intrigue?
By using a combination of strategic thinking, storytelling, research and analysis, I look for a thread of magic and delight in everything I do!
